AI Usage Agreement

This AI Usage Agreement explains the conditions under which Quivena makes AI-supported features available through the website, app, or related services.

Quivena may use artificial intelligence to generate or support recipe suggestions, nutrition-related planning help, shopping and preparation guidance, summaries, text recommendations, and comparable outputs.

These outputs are assistive tools only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, misleading, or unsuitable for your individual circumstances.

AI outputs provided by Quivena do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapeutic advice, emergency guidance, or individualized clinical nutrition guidance.

You must seek qualified professional advice before relying on AI-generated outputs where health, allergies, intolerances, pregnancy, breastfeeding, medication use, chronic conditions, eating disorders, or other sensitive circumstances may be relevant.

Before acting on AI-generated content, you must independently review and verify it.

This includes in particular checking:

• ingredients
• quantities
• allergens
• dietary suitability
• portion sizes
• preparation and cooking instructions
• food handling and storage safety
• appliance use and kitchen safety
• alcohol-related content, where applicable

Quivena does not guarantee that AI outputs are accurate, complete, safe, lawful in your jurisdiction, fit for a particular purpose, or free of errors.

No promise is made that an output will meet your expectations, produce a desired health result, remain continuously available, or always reflect the latest scientific or regulatory position.

You may not use Quivena AI features for:

• medical emergencies
• diagnosis or treatment decisions
• unlawful activity
• harmful, deceptive, or abusive conduct
• generating dangerous instructions
• optimization of intoxication, self-harm, violence, or comparable unsafe use cases
• any safety-critical context where human review is required

We may restrict, block, suspend, or modify AI functionality where misuse, elevated risk, or policy concerns are detected.

To provide AI-supported functions, Quivena may process prompts, profile information, preferences, restrictions, contextual product data, and related metadata to the extent needed for the requested feature.

This may include transmission to third-party AI or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf or under their own applicable legal terms, depending on the feature configuration.

AI functions may depend on third-party providers, model APIs, infrastructure services, moderation systems, or comparable external technology.

Availability, latency, quality, and output behavior can vary over time. We may replace, reconfigure, suspend, or discontinue providers or models without guaranteeing continuity of any specific AI capability.

Unless mandatory law states otherwise, Quivena does not guarantee that AI-generated outputs are unique, protectable, non-infringing, or available for any specific commercial or legal use.

You are responsible for reviewing whether your use of outputs is lawful and appropriate, especially before publication, commercial use, redistribution, or reliance in regulated contexts.

You remain solely responsible for decisions you make based on AI-generated outputs and for any food selection, preparation, purchase, consumption, or other real-world action taken in reliance on those outputs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Quivena is not responsible for losses resulting from your unreviewed reliance on AI-generated content, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

AI features are experimental and evolving. We may add, remove, limit, or change them at any time, including safety notices, acknowledgement flows, rate limits, and feature gates.
